New and improved Engagement Strategy

We are pleased to say that our updated ‘Engagement Strategy’ was approved by the Management Committee in June 2013, subject to consultation with you. The updated Engagement Strategy describes how the Association intends to engage with its service users and meet the requirements of the Charter.

The previous Strategy has been reviewed, updated and expanded to ensure that it meets the requirements of the Scottish Social Housing Charter.
